Do my clients and subcontractors have to pay?
No. You invite them by email and they use SnagDoc free, each with their own portal. Only the person running the project pays — and their first project is free.
Does it work on site?
Yes. SnagDoc runs in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer, and you can add it to your home screen so it opens like an app.
Can I use my own drawings?
Yes. Upload a PDF or an image of each floor plan, then tap the plan to pin snags exactly where they are.
What does my client see?
A live view of their project: every snag with its photos and status. They can comment, accept or reject fixes, download reports and sign the project off.
How does sign-off work?
Either you request sign-off or your client signs off from their portal. Once both of you have signed, SnagDoc issues a completion certificate to you both.
What if I need more than one project?
